BBQ Slabs Shipping Policy
At BBQ Slabs, we strive to ensure that your BBQ arrives fresh and on time. However, there are some factors beyond our control that may affect shipping times. Please review our shipping policy below for complete details:
Carrier Delays
While we do everything in our power to ensure your BBQ products are delivered in perfect condition, external factors such as weather, mechanical errors, high package volume, strikes, natural disasters, or mis-scans by carriers (FedEx, UPS, etc.) may cause delays. BBQ Slabs is not responsible for shipping delays once your order is in the hands of the carrier. Additionally, a signature is not required for package release; it is at the discretion of the delivery driver to determine the safety of leaving the package at your location.
Delivery Times
We cannot guarantee specific delivery times, as deliveries may occur between 8 am and 10 pm, depending on the carrier’s route. To ensure timely delivery for special events or holidays, we recommend placing your order well in advance and scheduling it for delivery at least 2 days before your event. Many of our BBQ items can be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival to maintain their freshness.
During peak times (e.g., holidays), we may schedule your order for earlier delivery to avoid potential delays and ensure quality.
Signature Requirement
Most of our shipments do not require a signature, except for orders containing alcohol, which require an adult signature (21+). BBQ Slabs is not responsible for missed deliveries due to a lack of someone present to sign for the package.
Address Modifications and Reroutes
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before submitting your order. Any address changes requested after the order has shipped will incur a $19 address change fee, and the carrier may require an additional business day to process the change. BBQ Slabs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by address modifications.
Non-Returnable Items
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or offer refunds. All products are shipped via FedEx or UPS, and we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
