BBQ Slabs Return Policy
At BBQ Slabs, we take great pride in delivering the highest quality BBQ to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all food purchases are final sale. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. If your BBQ arrives damaged, spoiled, or in unsatisfactory condition, our Customer Support team will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Please note that you must reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery to report any issues with your food order. We may ask for photos of the product and packaging to better understand the issue and ensure future orders arrive in perfect condition.
For non-food merchandise, we offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, we can work with our partner vendors to facilitate an exchange. Please contact our team at hello@bbqslabs.com within 14 days of delivery to start the exchange process.
